We have received several reports that when entering personal information during conference registration, incorrect names are locked in an uneditable state, causing difficulties for registrants.

Our conference uses the Oxford Abstracts platform. If you signed up using your Google account, your Google profile name is automatically imported without asking, preventing you from changing it directly on the conference registration form.

If your name is displayed incorrectly, please modify your Oxford Abstracts profile directly by following the steps below:

How to Update Your Profile Name

1. Go to the Oxford Abstracts Profile page: https://app.oxfordabstracts.com/profile
2. Log in with your account.
3. Update your 'First Name' and 'Last Name' to your official English name.
4. Save the changes and refresh the conference registration or abstract submission page.
