Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests received on or before September 17, 2026 will receive a full refund, less the handling fee.
- Cancellation requests received between September 18 and October 17, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received on or after October 18, 2026.
