We would like to inform you that the presenter registration deadline for BIOINFO/GIW ISCB-Asia 2026 has been extended from September 30 to October 15, 2026.

If the presenting author has already completed conference registration, no further action is required.

We have received a number of requests from accepted presenters who require additional time to complete their registration, particularly due to visa application procedures and other travel-related arrangements. To accommodate these circumstances and provide sufficient time for presenters to prepare for their participation in Seoul, the Organizing Committee has decided to extend the deadline.

The new deadline will apply uniformly to presenters of both Regular Submissions and Late-Breaking Poster Submissions.

New Presenter Registration Deadline: October 15, 2026

For each accepted Oral or Poster Presentation, at least one presenting author must complete conference registration by October 15, 2026 to maintain the acceptance of the presentation.

Please ensure that the presenting author registers using the same email address associated with the presenting author in the Oxford Abstracts system, so that we can verify the registration correctly.

If the abstract submitter is different from the presenting author, or if the presenting author information needs to be updated, please contact the Organizing Committee at jbhin@yuhs.ac.
