China–Japan–Korea (CJK) Bioinformatics Conference

The China–Japan–Korea (CJK) Bioinformatics Conference is an annual international meeting that brings together bioinformatics and computational biology researchers from China, Japan, and Korea, promoting scientific exchange, collaboration, and networking among the three countries.

In 2026, the annual CJK Bioinformatics Conference will be held in conjunction with BIOINFO/GIW ISCB-Asia 2026 as a satellite conference.

The CJK Conference will take place on November 17–18, 2026, at Helinox Hall (B147), Yonsei University, Seoul.

The program will feature scientific presentations by researchers from China, Japan, and Korea, providing an opportunity to share recent advances in bioinformatics and computational biology and to strengthen regional research collaborations.

All presentations will be delivered in English, and all registered participants of BIOINFO/GIW ISCB-Asia 2026 are welcome to attend the CJK Conference without additional registration.
